Easily scan serial numbers with the Solar Insights mobile app

The Zeitview Solar Insights mobile app makes scanning PV module serial numbers a breeze. Using the mobile app, field technicians can scan serial numbers quickly using their mobile device’s camera or bluetooth scanner, and can even type in serial numbers if the barcode is degraded. This feature works even when the mobile device is offline. Any captured serial numbers will automatically synchronize back to the Zeitview Solar Insights web app once the device comes back online.

Serial numbers can be included in claims reports

Once PV module serial numbers are captured and synchronized back to the Zeitivew Solar Insights web app, they become permanent records of the modules for the entire lifetime of the modules in your site’s digital twin. When viewing or exporting anomalies, the PV modules’ serial numbers are always provided. Serial numbers can also be used in warranty/insurance claims reports supplied to you by Zeitview.
