The DroneBase team is excited to announce our newest partnership with Kespry, an aerial intelligence solution provider that works with insurance, mining, and aggregates enterprises. Recently, Kespry opened their platform to DJI drones in their “Bring Your Own Drone” (BYOD) program. Through DroneBase’s Pilot Network, we will be expanding this program to enterprises across North America.
How It Works
Kespry’s customers will now be able to leverage DroneBase’s national data acquisition network to manage their Kespry deployments without the need to purchase and maintain their own drone hardware systems.
This gives companies flexibility in how they source their aerial data, whether customers choose to use Kespry-sourced drone hardware, DroneBase, their own existing DJI drone fleet, or even a combination of the above.
What Does This Mean for Clients?
Through this partnership, customers can now have DroneBase’s global Pilot Network fly their Missions anywhere with one point of contact and standard of quality. Kespry’s uniform access to the latest aerial intelligence technology, accuracy, ease-of-use, and safety benefits combined with DroneBase’s scalable data capture services provides an end-to-end solution for enterprises.
What Does This Mean for Drone Pilots?
Drone pilots in our Pilot Network will now have the ability to support Kespry’s clients across North America. In order to be eligible for a Kespry Mission, you will need to have a DJI drone compatible with their platform - either the DJI Mavic 2 Pro or a system from the DJI Phantom series - and go through our onboarding (keep your profile updated to ensure eligibility).
We’re looking forward to combining Kespry and DroneBase’s services together to offer a cost-effective and productive way of using aerial analytics across the largest insurance, mining, and aggregates businesses.
